We are keen to see everyone in the church family represented on the Electoral Roll. Every sixth year, instead of revision, a completely new Roll has to be prepared. 2025 is such a year so everyone over 16 years of age who is baptised and lives in the parish or who lives outside the parish and has worshipped here for a minimum of 6 months is invited to join. This includes those whose names are on the current roll. From this Sunday 2 March, you can do this via ChurchSuite or by filling out a form and returning it to staff or clergy at either St Francis or Hope Church. If using ChurchSuite, please do not use the “Add additional person” facility in the form, each person should log in via their own ChurchSuite account. The deadline for applications is Easter Sunday (20 April) and the new roll will be presented at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) on Sunday 11 May. You must be on the Electoral Roll to participate in the APCM and also to be eligible for election to the Parochial Church Council (PCC) or Deanery, Diocesan and General Synods.
Not sure if you live within the parish of St Francis? Put your postcode into www.achurchnearyou.com and you will see your parish of residence.
