1. What challenges are you facing in your life at the moment?

2. Do you need courage to confront these challenges, or courage to withstand them (or a bit of both!)?

3. Jesus has been given all authority on earth and in heaven, including over your challenges (Matthew 28.18) - ask God to give you that courage through his Holy Spirit.

4. If you have a Bible, look up Ephesians 3.14-21 and pray through each verse, personalising Paul’s prayer.
